Initial survey and tile assessment
We climb the roof and inspect each elevation, broken tiles, slipped tiles, ridge condition, flashings, valleys. Repairs included or specified separately.
Scrape, soft-wash and biocide
Heavy moss scraped off; surface soft-washed (not jet-washed to destruction); biocide applied to kill spores at the root.
Sealing porous tiles
A penetrating sealer is applied to thirsty concrete tiles, locking down the surface for coating.
Sprayed UV-stable roof coating
Two coats of a roof-rated UV-stable coating in your chosen colour. Even film, clean overlaps onto flashings and ridges.
Final inspection and certification
Roof inspected from above and from ground level; certificate of completion issued.
